It is located amidest residential colony named Jyoti Nagar , Arjun Nagar , Barah Khamba, Agra
Consists of only one canopy called Jodha Bai ki chatri, is a monument of histrorical importance.
It is the protected monument of Archelogical Survey of India.
It has got redstone structure is rather modest in comparison to other royal monuments, but is nonetheless charming.The tomb sits on rectangular plinth surrounded by lush green lawn.Because it’s proximity to the residential area surrounding the structure is only open for few hours a day, So call ahead before visiting.
Jodha Bai, daughter of Jodhpur King Mota Udai Singh , daughter in law of 3RD Mughal emperor Akber, wife of his son Jahangir ( Earliar known as Saleem), she got married to prince Jahangir during 1588, Jodha Bai’s son was Shah jahan, who built Taj Mahal.
In history Jodha Bai mistakenly depicted as Mughal Emperor Akber's favourite wife.
This is a Historical importance site, holds immense serving as a tangible link to the past
