We stayed in Moti Palace Hotel for 2 days .. 3 rooms were booked. Really , we got pleasure and all facilities are satisfied.
Like room facilities, waiter service and heartily welcome.
We wish best wishes of this hoetel.

The rooms were fine but the service was really bad. They did not even provide us with mineral water bottles and when we asked for it they charged us for it. Therafter the kettle in the room was broken and no tea or coffee powder packets were provided. When we asked for coffee powder packets they provided us with 2 and stated that only 1 is given per person. After much argument they gave us 2 more coffee powder packets. They were really cheap about the complimentary services and whenever we asked for anything via room service/housekeeping we had to call them 2-3 times for the same for reminders. On the last day someone from the housekeeping called us at 4.45am asking is we wanted any drinking water bottle (which was chargeable obviously)...who in the right senses calls a guest that early for water. At the breakfast table they had limited options and no refills. 0 stars for their reluctant attitude.
