Actually this place doesn’t deserve even this star but there is no option for minus. It is a huge property with most incompetent and non co operative staff. The AC is tired, TV is recharged after a 3 hour effort. As far as other Services are concerned, lesser said is better.
If you have an alternative option, just go for that.

Pathetic. AC doesn’t work. They don’t have technicians to fix it. No sense of hospitality. Extremely bad infrastructure, with poor staff knowledge. Rude behaving staff made it even worse. Avoid.

They don't desreve even this one star. Pathetic room with stinky and dirty bed sheets and quilt. Washroom not functioning properly. Complaint about flush 2 times it was still not working and they were not ready to change my room either. I asked for a cup of tea in the morning and they served in disposal. I thought this might be complementary but when I checked out their front desk manager asked for Rs.40 for tea. When I asked that why was it then served in disposal not in cup? He responded rudely that there are lot of students for exam so he thought me an student where in I clearly mentioned in entry register that visit purpose is work and office. Then that person tried to return me money so rudely showing he is doing me some favour or what. Worst stay ever in Agra. This is so overpriced. I could get a far better room in Hotel Amar with all the amenities and breakfast inclusive cheaper than this. It's just that I was exhausted so had to stop here. Will not recommend at all. It's a basic Marriage Home not a hotel.
