The rooms were clean but a couple of things were not working. No hot water for the bath, the fridge wasn't working (replaced with another) AC remote not available, shifted to another room where the AC remote couldn't change the temperature. Ended up sleeping without it. No drinking water bottle available between 10PM to 8AM.
In case of urgency then pay for the bottle with a higher price. They tried fixing everything, but the basics needed to be fixed first.

Pathetic experience. Room is bit compressed and I had Paid worth of INR 4575 not at all worth for money. Service was very very very terrible. Fan was making too much noise, AC COMPRESSOR was HELL scared us during nights.Would recommend not to pay such a huge amount when rate is unnecessary skyrocketed by hotel. Unsatisfied and never ever gonna visit ????????

We had lunch there in the restaurant on our trip to Agra. Food was excellent, service was good and fast. Price was decent. Excellent vegetarian restaurant.
