Doesn't care about patients time and care, u fix an appointment 3days ago, u somehow takeout time & go there and wait for 1hr in sweating in blazing sunshine out the clinic and yet u don't get to see him, at last he gets up and goes in front of ur eyes and says come tomorrow
"Sorry sir, but the fact that we waited for an hour earlier and u did not call us at all stands true, actually we had an appointment for 5pm, and we were there from 5-6pm and then we were told that it might take till 7pm for our chance to come, and taking a psychic patient to the centre itself is a big tussle and waiting with the patient for an hour is even more troublesome,so we had to return after an hour and we couldn't see the doctor. I request Hon'ble Dr's management to make the system more effective and ensure such things don't repeat."
Suggestion-" just like we track our train's position on phone on ntes similarly we can see which number is ongoing and when is our number coming".

Very unfriendly and rude behaviour by the staff.
Sitting arrangement was also very poor

Dr. U C Garg is an excellent psychiatrist in Agra . His clinic is open till 6 in the evening and the numbers are arranged from 7 to 9 in the morning.
