Horrible service, could not deliver my package intime even after choosing fast delivery. Did not even return it back to me. It was my job application, lost a job because of them. Nothing can be worse than this. Can I rate them below 1 star?

Used this courier when shipping items from abroad. These guys are worse than government office(which is loads better now). Each individual office has its own rules.
Put random customs and delivery charges without actually delivering the product. This is the motto of DHL. It’s been 2 months and they didn’t deliver the package. Their service lines are non existent and it is always on hold. On top of all this, their delivery charges are almost the price of the product itself. Delivery charges for not delivering the product. Clown of a courier service.
Even after multiple communications and a visit to the local office, still unable to get the item. Central customer service and local office dont communicate well and they also make up new forms to attach. These guys have zero sense of customer service. Please use a different courier to save you heart burn.

Pathetic service ,iiresponsive behaviour of staff and very rude language of them and booking no. Is 39938152155 i booked on 9th aug and he promised to deliver within 24 hrs and today is 11aug and he is saying it will deliver on 13aug then wht is the use of fast service
