The CGHS Dispensary near to BSNL Office is well located. The building is in very dilapidated state from inside as well as outside. The building aesthetics decreases the morale of the staff and gives negative working environment. Also the common general facility available is not upto the minimum standard. The position of Staff and Doctor is very poor wrt the number of CGHS Card Holder. In spite of all the constraints, the CMO of the Dispensary Dr O P Narayan response is excellent. He listens the issues of patients carefully, give sufficient time and does needful. The patient also requires understanding the limitation of the Dispensary in respect of deficiency of staff and doctor. The consistent pursuance of Dr O P Narayan, CMO results in the restoration of the ALC (Issue of Indented Medicine), which was not in force since months. Dr O P Narayan, CMO also looking forward for empanelment of more and more hospital at Agra for the benefit of Beneficiary. His personal touch to the visiting patients is highly appreciable.
Dr O P Narayan, CMO is also trying to improve the common general facility to the visiting patient in his limited resources. Some improvement he has already done at his level only. We all should have regard for that.
A strong administrative support is required from the Office of AD, Lucknow for better functioning of the CGHS.

The present management of CGHS wellness center is impressive and the resources available to the CGHSWC are being utilised to the full potential, in the best interest of CGHS beneficiaries.
I will not hesitate to appreciate the level of personal connectivity of the CMO incharge with the beneficiaries.
He explains the complete procedure to the beneficiaries, not only confined to the wellness centre limits, but even beyond that regarding the procedure to be followed in the empanneled HCOs.
On the other hand, the heavy work load being the only wellness centre in whole Agra Center, poses great challenges not only for the beneficiaries, but also for the other Medical officers and paramedical staff posted therein which in turn many times generates frustration to both sides of the table. Building situation and facilities as on date are not as per the norms and standards, however efforts are on from local m as well as union association platforms, but why not yielding desired results, best known to Higher management at Lucknow.
Summarising, It is the capability of local management only, which is catering to the needs of CGHS beneficiaries, not only of Agra, but many of other neighbouring districts like Mathura, Firozabad and even expanded upto the limits Interstate districts, like Faridabad, Gurugram.

Good but Indend medicines are now a days not issuing it is very critical to not issuing life saving medicines such as heart diseases and kydney dialysis patients. Doctors are very cooperative specially Dr.S.Tewariji thanks sir.
