i have placed an order and paid also full amount in advance, that happened in February 2018 while a personal visit in their plant. Now is March 2019 and still i have not got my items, i get no info, i get nothing. Which style of business is that? i am from Germany and i never made such experienc in my life. the meeting was a very nice meeting and i trust the quality and also the promises but with such suppliers i cant work. in Germany my clients expect quality in time, at art house i get nothing for my money, may be the 23000 INR i paid was for the coffee i got? then it was expensive coffee. Never pay in advance i suggest to all who like to do business with this company, much better is to avoid such suppliers, is a shame for all serious supplier from India, you have a lot serious and i do a lot fair business with them, fair for both side but this company better avoid to go.
