they didn't informed by message or by call about the bus number and driver contact no till 1 hour before the departure time bus condition is very bad and there is no space between seats and no space for luggage .

and when bus stop at hotel they Close The AC and goes for half an hour. and also staff behaviour is very bad , while compaining about the bus , they said if you want to travel then u can otherwise you can also travel by other buses , which is after 1-2 hours

Iam giving two points for punctuality of the bus services of this agency. My ticket was around 3.45 pm from agra to delhi and the bus moved around 4.45 pm 1hour later. It takes a break of 1hr in between for dinner and I was really late to reach delhi. I thought i would be reaching Delhi around 8 but I reached delhi around some gas station in nizzamudin around 10pm.

Very poor services, bus is already late by more than one hour , second thing no proper seat arrangement. Seat allocation is randomly , not according to seat booking number. I will not prefer this. Very bad service.
