Satendra jain is a very gentle and friendly approached guy. He guide us in Taj mahal all places inch by inch and narrated in Hindi as well as in English.

The qualities of a good tour guide are, his/her enthusiasm, ability to engage with their client, be communicative, listen to the client's questions and respond in the most informative manner, be outgoing and funny, be organized, and above all, be punctual. Mr. Satendra Jain fits all these qualities to the tee. Our one-day trip to Agra turned out to be the most memorable ever. He made the trip worthwhile in every aspect, Nearly two years after the trip we still keep in touch. It is pretty safe to say that his enthusiasm was contagious. No one I ever met at random could have made such a great impact in such a short time. He demonstrated outstanding knowledge of the history of the Taj Mahal. He expressed his thoughts and opinions clearly in an engaging, interacting, and entertaining way. He was funny and brought smiles to me, my wife and daughter. There was no pressure to do anything that we did not want to do. I would recommend Satendra as a tour guide to anyone visiting Agra. If there was ever a reason for my visit to Agra, I would contact him to explore the city in all it's glory.

We hired tour guide for Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. His knowledge on history is very good. Also he helped us in taking nice pictures. He was also kind enough to hold our bags when we were taking pictures.
