I have ordered food through irctc they accepted the order also but food was not delivered and they updated the status as food delivered.when I tried to contact them I don't know whether they are dumb I am clearly telling my berth details even tho they can't understand literally I was shouting my berth details. Finally they said that they will check and call back but no one did that and even I tried calling them no one responded .Such a worst service never seen anywhere till now.Please don't keep orders from this restaurant and waste your time. We won't get refund and response too from this great HUT KITCHEN restaurant in WARANGAL if anything happens. Start rating even a single star is not needed for this worst restaurant.

Butter chicken ordered with 2 naans for take away order
There is no chicken pieces in the curry, all are shredded chicken instead of pieces. It’s just a chicken gravy with few bits of leftover chicken. Not at all alright portion for the price they are charging.
There is no phone number on google to call them back. So I have no choice but left a review here

I like the ambience and taste of Hut Kitchen. Almost we went to hut kitchen around 6 times ....every time we have tasted different types of dishes..... Taste was so delicious.... management and staff are very Good. Especially Bucket Biryani was awesome.....pandu chicken kodi sooper..... especially chicken wings excellent....
