We had gone in a group of 10 and booked 5 ac rooms. It's a beautiful place but the rooms are in a shoddy state. It's a nice property but it has not been maintained at all. The ac don't work properly, the linen is not clean, the room has a lot of insects and lizards. Water doesn't flow properly in the flushes. The restaurant was very flexible in making what we wanted and the service and the food were good.

It's an amazing place to stay when you pay a visit to laknavaram lake. You have two islands here , generally u go there by boats (with luggage) and if water level is low then by car. I stayed in the 2nd island , we had an amazing view of the lake , lunch dinner were brought to us by boats .. the room service was pretty nice . You need to carry a mosquito repellent or an alternative to that but there is not much issue of insects.

Non-A/c Dormitory is worth to stay. Lake view room balcony, atmosphere is just amazing, local visitors can visit only Island -1 so, island-2 is more peaceful than island-1. Speed boat experience is joyful. Food is below average. If you are food lover or choosy about food than carry your own food. Location wise it is amazing with forest surroundings but management is not so good, they are not maintaining property properly.
