I have been associated with Varenyam yoga from last 2 years and its been a wonderful experience so far in terms of health and handling stress. Recently I have enrolled for pre-natal yoga sessions with Sugam and I would say that his guidance has helped me balance my emotional and physical wellbeing during my entire pregnancy journey and I really enjoyed his sessions and was looking forward to the class. It was a normal delivery without inducing pains and one phenomenal thing to mention is that the post delivery recovery was very quick and my weight was also well balanced. I was able to manage the household work within a week's time after delivery. My doctor and the supporting staff in hospital also mentioned that I look very normal and doesnt look like delivered a baby. Really appreciate the entire team of Varenyam for their dedication and sincere efforts in guiding all of us. Looking forward for more continued assocation.

I've been attending varenyam yoga classes since the past one year. I've been part of both, online and offline classes, and I've thoroughly enjoyed both the sessions. The trainers are experienced and motivate you to do your best.

I have started my yoga class with Gautam ji since one month. It's an amazing experience with him. I feel really good from within and that's what is important for all of us.my physical strength has definitely been increased and so as my mind. Thanks Gautam ji and Varenyam yoga for giving me an opportunity to start yoga once again and feel the real essence of life.
