Nice place to workout and trainer vinod brother is well planned and suggestions workout based on body conditions. Just lost 7 kgs in 45 days with proper diet plan as well.

I have 6-7 years of experience in Workout , i joined here for 1 month, they dont have that much equipment as compare to fees, no one will guid or train you regarding diet or workout. for me guid no need since i have experience but for beginner they need. they need, need money only.
Approx same fee you can join Curl fit or other reputed workout place
