Nice location. But instead of paying 60 lacs for brick and mortar constructed property, its better to buy a gated community Appartment that is made up of concrete beams that lasts for 75+ years under heavy rains and sun. You may easily notice cracks on wall and rain moisture on walls after 10 years of brick and mortar constructed flat. In fact, you can easily notice the cracks developed on walls in sales office which is ground floor Appartment. The ideal price should be with in 45 to 50 lacs including tax and registration, otherwise its better to go with gated community of similar or little extra price that provides better security, better rental income and better return on investment.

Expensive, for 1100 sft west facing(without balcony) they were quoting 60 lacs. Yes it's very good location but it does not worth that price. Biggest joke was 5 lacs for amenities.

Newer building but already feels old inside apartment. Bad design and planning. Overpriced rental value. Older apartments around this are far better quality with moderate price value.
