I can't even express in words how grateful I am for joining Vineesha ma'am's plan. Vineesha ma'am has great knowledge of the work she is doing and she listens patiently to her clients.There are many functional medicine practitioners in industry but I bet no one provides plan at such a affordable rate.When I came to Vineesha,I was struggling with gut issues due to which I got b12 and iron deficiencies.She understood my problem,recommended me a diet & supplements plan. I have been suffering from GERD and Gastritis from past 2yrs. I tried many natural remedies and used PPI and antacids but there is no cure and my symptoms increased day by day and I suffered a lot and l lose hope and i addicted to Anxiety. Then my symptoms get worse.
That time I met Vineesha madam and i taken her consultation i discussed my issues. When i started the dietplan I saw miracle in my health. Really I met a best person in my life. I came to know about vineesha through Instagram. I was facing acid reflux, indigestion, burping and bloating. So I decided to take consultation with her.
My first consultation was an offline one and Vineesha was very patient in listening to all my concerns.
She also explains and understands how you might be affected due to stress or any other thing happening in your life and how it can affect your health.

So, I decided to take her 4weeks program and followed the diet plan and lifestyle changes she recommended and I am happy to say this that I started seeing changes and improvements.

My acid reflux was gone and I did not have any indigestion or reflux especially at night while sleeping which was my major concern. I started feeling better while following the diet.
I was also made aware of how stress and other mental pressures can trigger health issues and was also suggested about importance of being physically active.
