Absolutely regrettable experience. The printer was returned in non working condition after 3 months. And yes I paid for whatever was suggested - the ink (which was all flushed according to him)
And the cleaning of head. It would have been better to go for a new printer. The person in charge also acts unprofessionally - treats his customers like he is doing a favour. Pls avoid using his service.

Brother DCP 500 Printer was for repair and in whole city this is the only service centre available and the repairing person and owner are doing Monopoly with poor value and non professional in talk. This is the only place where they are collecting service fee in advance as if there is no other way but to accept. I suggest not to use Brother printer because the service people at Sri Satya technologies think we are at their mercy. He even says in Hospitals they take advance to admit a patient so they have right to take service amount in advance. Please you are at work because of us and don't think customers are at your mercy.
