Went for a check up for my mother.
The doctor is cool. Treatment is good.
But the staff is very rude. They won't respect the patients and don't have punctuality and minimum discipline.
They are not suitable to work in such a place where patience and discipline is important.
Hope the management will look into it and take action.

Waiting time is obviously there bcoz the eye treatment itself is time consuming. We hav to manage the time and schedule ourselves.

I am extremely happy with Dr. Ravinder's treatment. Have been struggling with my progressive glasses for more than a year, but after going to him, now my power has been diagnosed accurately and I have the right glasses. The place has a little wait time, but I would say its worth the wait !!
