Very casual behaviour by doctor, dissatisfied with the way Dr treated. Was in the cabin for just one min. Work load is more on orthopedic due to which Dr is unable to spend time and has to rush

One of the best hospitals in the Suchitra junction area. The hospital is abetting to NH 44. The hospital has got 24/7 emergency care. Doctors with diversified specialities are available for to treat variety of ailments that exceeds patient's expectations. General sanitation is at it's best. Hospitality of the nursing staff and other administrative facilities are too good. Specialized insurance assistance is provided that helps to process claims with insurance companies in accordance with the requirements of the insurance company with in-depth knowledge.

First of all I Don't have much experience in the Hospitals since my health history is good as of now. However, I went to Renova Hospital for Surgery of Hemorrhoidectomy treatment with consultation of Dr. Krishna Mohan of Gastroenterology. Before undergoing Surgery some Master Surgical tests need to be conducted at their hospital - However, at the time of blood sample point Nurse treatment was so horrible - In a single word she was not even a qualified person as a Nurse - Generally after blood sample some cotton has to be provided but here she said if blood come-out please let me know I will take some precautions accordingly.

Finally everything goes well by God's grace. Before treatment I had approached my Insurance partner for a cashless facility Everything was well till the approvals. At the time of admission the IP billing team was demanded to deposited Rs. 20k for security purpose if any charges extra in-spite of Cashless not applicable then we will deduct the same from the advance - But here the fun thing is that they're not ready to provide the Cash receipt for which we're payment and that lady at IP billing was so rude to behave with patients that if you need the treatment then you need to pay it without receipt otherwise you can see the other hospitals for treatment. - However, we're not admitted in the hospital during unhealthy situations - Very next day we approached Mr. Vinith of Administration regarding the same & trying to explain the scenario for not providing the receipt for which we're paying the cash.  Here we got so surprised by the way he responded to us that to their personal chamber on the 4th floor.

He simply refused to provide the cash receipt for extra payment collected from the patients at the time of admission and later he's telling all bullshit stories which is not at all acceptable for whoever is looking to avail cashless facility Insurance especially in this hospital.
