Useless store. No stock of anything. Staff is rude and having zero knowledge of anything I asked. For example I asked for cling film. Lady says we don't have all that. I asked for wrapping paper for food. She says we don't know. Plus she answers always in Telugu. Another issue is manager also is not having any knowledge of cling film or aluminium foil or wrapping paper. Waste of time store.

Ratnadeep has been my mom's go-to place for ever since I could remember!

Initially when this supermarket opened right in my vicinity, I was a little reluctant to go. We were so used to going to Karkhana, since that's a major branch of Ratnadeep in Secunderabad.

But trust me, this branch is on par with any other branch of Ratnadeep. Love the management, the gigantic inventory that they keep up so well. And during this tough times of social distancing & hygiene, love they way they handle the moving crowd.

Ratnadeep's inventory is accurate & you'll never have to ferret to find your needs. Everything's well categorised & organised. The employees are adept at locating products.

There's also ample parking for 4-wheelers.

Thank you Ratnadeep! You make our lives a lot easier.

My favourite shopping place.i get all my needful home grocery and vegetables and fruits
