The hotel was really great. Rooms were clean and spacious enough. Air conditioning was working great. Quick staff and they valued my concerns and helped me instantaneously. Really kind people and they were available at all hours. I checked out during late night only but the manager present there was very kind and he helped me. Overall a very safe experience and a peaceful stay.

The only good thing about the hotel is it's location and room size except that everything is good. The rooms were clean along with the bed, the bathrooms were cleaned. The supervisor called vandana maintained the rooms well and good. Seems like they haven't renovated the hotel in ages, need to renovate and service for the hefty price(due to high rated) they are charging, The manager of the hotel is good and friendly nature. They are also offering breakfast along with mineral water

The only good thing about the hotel is it's location and room size except that everything is bad. The rooms were not clean along with the bed, the bathrooms were not cleaned for a long time. The service is not present and entry area was very dirty. Seems like they haven't renovated the hotel since ages, need to renovate and improve services for the hefty price they are charging, please only stay here if you need to stay for 1-2 days near railway station otherwise avoid this place
