I have been getting my bike serviced from past 1 and half year in this service center. I travel daily around 100km from my home to the office so I keep my bike serviced frequently. The first 3 or 4 services impressed me so I started giving my bike for servicing here regularly. The last 3 recent services are not upto the mark. There is negligence from their side. Recently, I serviced my bike and there was some accelerator issue. i.e., accelerator became tight after the service and I immediately informed the supervisor while taking the delivery but he ignored it saying its normal. But after facing hand pain, today I took the bike to check the issue. When they checked, the cable was 75% cut which was due to the wear and tear which was caused by the accelerator tightness which was ignored in the previous service due to their negligence even after informing them the issue. Today I was charged 800Rs for the replacement of the cable which was absolutely not my fault. Hope management strict action for my loss.

After service i feel very happy while driving. After I brought fz v3 from my home town i didn't feel like new bike as switching gears was not smooth and with in 1 year i did 5 services but same issue i was faced. After service done here my bike is very smooth and enjoy . Thank you . Service cost is bit high i feel. 1500 for oil change, filter , water service , lubrication

Glad to find a Yamaha Service centre in Hyderabad that checks all the boxes of what you expect from a world-class brand. Friendly staff, clear with communication, and timely delivery. Good network of spares supply - they fixed my accident vehicle - a 11 year old Fazer, in two days. Sudhir oversaw my repairs, very happy with him. Cost of repair is justified.

Now coming here regularly, even if it's a 17 km ride for me.
