Zero star is not available that's why 1 star. Coming to me its just waste of both money and time. They charge like a package as most of the small cases doesn't need them which will increase more money expenditure per day. Few staff does't care about patient's health. They work only on administration rules like they switch off the lift, no waiting rooms at icu/general ward and all should wait in ground floor and have to climb using steps. If ask they say its under maintenance. Last but not least hospital allows street dogs into it. see the picture

They don't deserve a zero star rating also. Only negative rating. They charge 15000/- per day for single room. Even then, the service is worst.
The main doctor is worst of all. He is a truely worst business man. He treats you like king before you get admitted and pay the fee. Once they get you're money, the doctor won't even bother about you.
Another bad thing is, even though the patient needs ICU after getting amputated, after just one day they wanted to shift us to general ward room. The reason they were discussing was why to run ICU for single patient instead of simply closing it.
The hospital is too costly and inspite of that you won't be cared properly.
Initially I didn't understand why there were so fee patients though there waas such good doctor. By the time of discharge after five days, we got a clear picture of what going on inside.

Worst hospital ever, staff doesn't really care whether the patient is fine or not. Nurses are rude and doesn't check on patients. Even at night no doctors or nurses are available for rounds or near wards. Doesn't check if oxygen is completed or not in between. I've complained many times but they never respond and instead be rude. Doctor comes once a day. No proper equipment. Government hospital is way better
