The instructor lacks professionalism and he is more of a DJ than a gym instructor. Never tells you what to eat before and after using gym, no proper analysis of body structure and strength, basically no proper guidance. Totally unsatisfactory. If it's your first time gym, be more cautious because the instructor doesn't pay any heed and his mismanagement and carelessness may cause you injury.

With best coaching facilities.. There are cardio, Aerobics, Crossfit, poweryoga, steam bath, functional training, personal training, weight loss and gain, cardio boxing.. Please visit to gain experience....
