Gym is okay, BUT the staff is not that helpful I had a personal emergency and just asked if my family or friend can continue on behalf of me(paid for one full year), they straight away denied.. atleast they should have tried..

It's best gym..where trainer is very cooperative ..gym atmosphere also very energetic n clean..so I love my gym..

This gym is excellent. From the receiptionist/Sirisha to the Trainer/Senthyl Sir. Communication is as easy as 1,2,3. Senthyl sir is simply very good with his clients. He does not push his client to do any exercise until he sees where they stand first with their capabilities. Then he will recommend what is good for you taking into account your weaknesses and strengths. Not many instructors does that. I have benefited from Senthyl sir instructions who corrected my postures with weight training which I have been doing it the wrong way for a while. I am very pleased with the gym and the trainer. My strong recommendation if someone is serious about building their strength, Senthyl Sir is the trainer!!!
