They came home to replace my laptop screen, charged me rs. 8750/-.When I asked for a receipt, they said I would get it in 3 days. Been reminding them ever since. So I have no receipt for money paid. It is more than one month and I have reminded them several times. The person keeps giving excuses, and now is not responding. If service provided was genuine, part provided was genuine, then why no receipt??? Shady service centre. Also the screen they replaced is bluish, when reported I was told to update the drivers. The result is the same. So not a reliable place at all. Pl do not entertain any idea of using these people. As I share this review, I reminded them again, and today once more the reply if "within one hour, I will get the receipt".Will update my review, if I do indeed get an HP receipt.

Worst service center of HP in paradise area my laptop was just 4months older and there was a battery indicator problem and they said return back in 2days but these people took 10days to resolve the issue and not even gave a call and they don't even respond to phone calls on the concerned number and to my surprise on that 2days during visit i have found 9out of 10 customers were completely unhappy and arguing with the concerned staff for their irresponsible reply and they don't even have a table fan, ceiling fan , cooler and when asked to turn on the AC they said it's under repair, how irresponsible they can't they arrange for a single a table fan as a supplement and when asked to the concerned manager he said Ac is under repair today suddenly but when i said the same problem was ther during our laptop hand over also and he was answerless.

This is the most pathetic and unreliable place for servicing your HP products. Facility is very untidy and unhiegenic. Air Conditioner does not work. Staff are very lousy. Poor system and most unfortunate thing is they don't value or care for their customers. It was unbelievable that we had to wait for 1.5 hours for them to hear out the issue with our HP Laptop. I will never ever purchase any HP product again.
