Here is my UCHC story of delivery :

For pregnant women it is the best hospital. Once you get a card written everything becomes easy. Your scans, medical tets , medicines are given for free. Calcium D3 Iron and folic acid tablets which are of thousands of rupees outside are given for free for pregnant Women. I was having my consultation in private hospital also but they told I will have a C section but here they did normal delivery with outmost care and they allowed my mother and sister in labour room which isn't allowed in private hospitals. During delivery the doctor was very supportive. Me and my baby are absolutely fine and healthy. I had the best delivery experience at lalapet. The staff the doctors and the sisters are very very friendly.

Staff are more interested in casual talks amongst themselves than answering patients. They get very noisy & bossy as well. Could not answer (were not interested to answer) basic questions on children's vaccination.

Waste hospital it is, they give a seperate sister to every pregnant Patient, the sister they gave to my wife is Bekar sister, she is SOUJANYA, she doesnt take care of patient, she never calls the patient, Now I asked her to come to Anganwadi to provide eggs amd milk, she is saying you directly go and take it. Is this the way you treat people. One star is also waste for you people. I personally request public not to go to that hospital. Waste of time and money, after delivery they take incentives but don't care about Patient, they don't even give us covid report, they just say orally its negative or positive.
