Went for tightness in the throat. Foremost, the ENT section looks like a fish market. Yashoda, when it charges patients a bomb, can afford to make each department more spacious. Secondly, the doctor had under 2 minutes to examine me. He did not even listen carefully to what I was reporting. The instrument he shoved down my throat does not look sterilized properly. I was told to undergo endoscopy of the throat, which is quite expensive. It was done by one of his assistants. That instrument too was not sterilized properly. When asked about potential infection from such improperly sterilized instruments, I was prescribed an antibiotic. It was a pretty bad experience.

Dr Sairaj is certainly one of the most outstanding professionals in his field. He makes one feel at ease and gives adequate time to examine and render medical advice. I underwent DNS and Sinus surgery, all under extreme comfort and personal care. The post-surgical follow-up treatment is equally good, and the overall relief I am feeling is beyond words. All thanks to Dr Sairaj and his team.

I've known Dr Sairaj for over 30 years. He is an excellent doctor/physician and my family and I have always approached him not only for ENT issues but consult him on other aspects of our health because we trust his judgment. His diagnosis is accurate and he prescribes the correct treatment — example for diagnosing my sinus issues which was a relief. I've seen other physicians prescribe unnecessary treatments. He is very caring and takes the time to actively listen to your issues and then offers sound solutions. He is a through professional and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
