First of all in this High rates compare to Market rates. When I was visited to this shop two thousand difference was there in gold rate compared to market rate. I have paid using Google pay direct into bank account, they took 20 mints for confirmation bcos their accountant is irresponsible. Sales girl four five times called him but he said that he didn't check. After twenty mints he was given confirmation, but with sales girl he was joking for giving confirmation that not that much amount deposited other less amount deposited then she said ok no problem. Is it the way of doing joking infront of customers and that to in money matter. Third point is sales man way of talking is rude. I said just u call to u r owner then he said what ever u want to talk, talk with me iam the final decision maker. Fourth one is we took ear rings, they don't have proper knowledge on making charges, by showing ear rings one sales girl said 450 another girl said 650 another sales man 750. That means randomly they are taking making charges means no fixed finally they took maximum . And They are taking Gst on total cost means in that making charges also included. After including making charges they are taking GST. means for making charges also they are taking making charges. Sales girl while telling rate she said 49900 but while billing she took 4995. After comping to home I observed. Actually I took only 4.20 grams so only small amount I lost that's y I did not go to ask again. So please iam requesting the owners of shop to look into all these and train sales girls and man's in proper way.

Worst behaviour of the owner.he will behave with attitude towards customers as he is giving ornaments free.worst service
