Doctor Bharathi is very good but the staff is not good in communicating any change in process or cooperative. Recently from Jan 1st they have introduced a process to call and take appointment which was not communicated to us in any form, neither call or email. On questioning they are giving excuses for one patient we cant do so. We stop all our work and come rushing for our baby’s checkup and then they say you will have to wait for 2hours as we didn’t take appointment. For patients coming aftr a long gap they have to adjust them or inform then in advance about the process change. For first time not happy with such behaviour and ignorance.

Visited Dr. Bharathi 2 days back. Treatment of my child is in progress, for now he is doing good…hopefully he will improve completely ????
