Me and my wife have joined BioHM yoga and fitness studio last month and had an excellent experience. Trainer provides excellent support and guidance for yoga. She takes special attention to improve posture for the entire batch. My wife took yoga classes during pregnancy under the trainer's guidance and the trainer provides her good guidance on modification of yogic postures during pregnancy. I would recommend BioHM yoga and fitness studio to take your fitness to the next level.

I have joined BIOHM class since February. I really loved the class. It's refreshing and makes the entire day active and pleasant. The class is not intense where we end up harming our self. It's very relaxing as all 6 days we have different forms of fitness and it's not monotonous form of fitness. I recommend to this class initially for getting our body flexible and toned. ☺️????

I joined this centre a month ago.I am happy to be part of Biohm. The instructor Mana here helps us to do all types of programs required for our mental and physical strength such as cardio, workout yoga and meditation. Everyday is amazing ????
