This hospital is extraordinary in treating patients like their own family. This is consistent across the doctors, nurses, attendees, and support staff. They treat patients with personal attention and affection. Both my father and mother got treated here and had hospital stays over the last two years. Whether it was my father’s covid treatment during the fearful second wave of covid or my mother’s recent hip surgery, Galen hospital was there for us. Dr. Shyam Sunder, Mr Bhaskar and all the doctors and staff ensured they were caring, reachable, and reliable. My parents prefer to go here than any other hospital although this hospital is an hour away from our home.

The doctors are really good and they have a lot of experience. They will make sure that you get the best treatment and they will treat you quickly. The hospital staff is also very nice and they make sure that you have everything you need. The whole environment is perfect, clean, and quick recovery is guaranteed.

I got my mother-in-law treated in GALEN hospital. There is a laundry list of good things if i have to talk about... However, just wanted to mention few things..

1. Prepping a patient specifically before the surgery and make them feel comfortable and making them feel that they are safe hands .. The personal connect team creates with patients and make them feel that their choice of selection for treatment is indeed a right one.

2. Understanding the patient condition and providing the right treatment.

Thankful to Dr Shyam Sunder sir, Dr Ramakrishna sir, Dr Jayanth Reddy sir, Dr Subramaniam sir, Dr Swathi , Dr Keshav and others for giving the best treatment and taking care of my mother in law ..

A special thanks to all nurses and other other staff , you are all awesome with high patience level shown everyday during our stay in hospital.
