One of the Biggest grocery store in Mahbubnagar, which is located on Main road opposite to Government hospital. They are offering more products in different categories like clothing and small appliances. They also provide fruits and vegetables. Limited parking space available in store premises. Staff behaviour could be improved. They behave rude and ignorant towards customers. Better not to touch clothing and small appliances as they are low in quality. Billing experience also horrible. No sufficient counters available. Need improvement in stock availability and staff behaviour. Other small store's of same brand are much better in terms of product availability and billing.

I jus walked off reliance mart the customer service is very lazy and poor where no employe wants to work there everyone jus passing their time and when we came to billing team 4 employe standing at one billing System and 2 at other where there are all 7-8 billing systems over there only one person is billing for the large queue!! It’s insane!! Reliance supervisor and manger had to take an action on this!!

Reliance in this city is good. The parking area is small. The area needs more development. The Material inside needs more visibility. The billing counters are less in numbers, and need to increase. Change is always necessary.
