Myself and my husband got the 3M Lava Zirconia crowns from Dr Ajay in November 2011 under 15 years warranty!
As we were globe trotter so we wanted international support (which we didnt get and feeling cheated), we paid hefty amount for the same in lieu of trusting the Dr and the worldwide support he told us we will get in case it brakes or any emergency!

2 weeks back my Zirconia crown broke and as I have moved to Pune I got connected with the local Dentist, The findings were :-

1) Dr Ajay did my crowning without root canal and it was thinniest, thus broke (I paid 11k to 15k)

2) The Focus team sold product worth 15 years warranty but they did not save the data of its patients for the least amount of time, i.e. 15 years, thus, I have to get and pay all the data lost in case of the 3d imaging which needs to be redone!

3) from there team Dr Akansha got connected and gave me few options
* either I come to Hyderabad (I asked why, as its global warranty)
* find a 3m lab, got 3d imaging done (as they have no data of me) (underline Dr Ajay told me they have stop the liason with the same)
Which I was still okay for (thinking lets close it in 3k atleast), but above all she told me it wont be under any warranty I said why? I have to go through pain, pay another 3 k for the data lost by you guys and atleast give me least 5 years left over warranty of 3M! She said mam you are getting it for FREE, and I was shocked on the audacity....free what free? I have paid hefty amount for the period warranty given of your product do not qualify its your responsibility, you aint giving it FREE to your customers!
Since then when I raised my questions, they have conviniently stopped replying to me!

Now I have to get expense of another 10k for crown + 7k root canal + agony of pain I am going through since 2 weeks and discomfort!

It shows clear mentality of looting and cheating and misguiding customer!

Thanks to Dr. Ajay Krishna for providing excellent service for us. Now I'm going to tell any person reporting a dental issue to visit him without fail.

We had specific requirements and he met all our needs.

Same tooth which were treated for gaps causing gum bleeding has be fixed again with "Greater Transparency and High Quality, with quick results". I found a right doctor for my entire family !!

Most importantly using advance techniques rather than old once it was infront of our eyes (see pictures) when a high quality crown was measured with 3D modeling and prepared in less than 1hr for each tooth.

An simple appointment will not harm. Visit him and clarify your questions. "He loves his job and profession."

I'm sure he is already successful and will continue the same in the long term due to above mentioned qualities.

I got implants done for my missing teeth with sinus lift and crowns. The experience is very very good. Dr Ajay is a thorough professional and an expert in his field. He does it with so ease in a friendly manner, explaining all points clearly. He is one who can make complex surgeries in a simple and painless way. Doesn't prescribe medicines if not required. As assured by him in the beginning the entire process was smooth and not seen such a dentist before in the last 25 years across different cities I worked. The staff and care is also special mention worthy. Hospital is well maintained. My mother also got her implant and crowns done for here in last year and she is fine from then onwards. I glad to find such a doctor, staff and hospital. I recommend him for every dental need, Frank opinion, good guidance and expertise in treatment.
