I personally had a requirement of a tote bag that fit my laptop. I contacted baggit(GSM Mall) through chat option in google maps, hoping they would reply.
I reallyy didnt expect to recieve a reply, but indeed i did! I was then contacted on my watsapp, the team sent me couple pictures to choose from, the team also let me know the bags that would actually fit the laptop by looking into the dimensions of my own! After looking at bag, discussing the return policies, i paid online. From this point the respect for the entire team really reached heights. I was really surprised to see a team executive drive all the way along with the rapido executive in rain to deliver me the bag personally. I was so impressed and really kudos and hatsoff to the team for the commitment and dedication!
Absolutely amazing!
The bag as usual turned out to be lovely! And it did fit my laptop too :)
