It's been 8 yrs ,I'm one of the gym member, good place to tune your body,its a unisex gym,
Gym is covered with 2 floors, 1st floor is filled with cardio equipments and 2nd floor is with strength equipment, Friendly trainer and professional im 15 yrs, fee structure is also reasonable , training assistance will be provided, very spacious and filled with all basic and required equipment, provides zumba classes, weight loss program, bodybuilding, fitness program, prepares persons for competitions etc..,

I have been a member of Body Act Gym since 2015 and I absolutely love the friendly nature of the trainer Mr Yeshwanth and family atmosphere. He keep track of your progress very closely and update you with the required workouts for best results. It's one of the nicest facilities I've seen. Rates are extremely fair, and it includes a number of amenities. The gym is extremely well maintained. I have never come across a machine in the gym that's out of order. In addition, you see new equipment for every six months. I love this gym, and I am happy to be part of Body Act Gym. I suggest the reader of this review should give a try and like it as much as I do.. :)
