The owner will never negotiate for any price. Even if you negotiate he will just say yes and fill the invoice with the real rate of the room and will then say you can see what i have written pls pay the same. Room quality are not upto the mark as compared to other hotels only plus is there is free wifi and near to city centre.

Adjustable for the cost they charge. There is no restaurant. In the surrounding I could not find any good vegetarian restaurant.

Worst in parking. Maintenance and staff behaviour. Good in location and price.
Because of couple entry the decency is also worst. Over all it doesn't worth more than 800 for AC room.
