It one of the Shivalayam in khammam.it is oldest and famous temple.it placed in center City area.it is besides HP petrol bunk.especially in kartheeka Masam it is fully crowded with visitors and devotees.temple Also called as sri.brahamaramba sametha guntu Mallanna Swamy temple.this temple is very near to the Nayabazar chowrasta and kalva voddu road.from this temple munneru River Bridge is also near.this temple front there is a 3roads junction is there.but front of temple traffic is high compared to the other devotional temples.i think there is no parking area because it is placed on center area so we need to park vehicles to other nearer places.

Guntumalleshwara swamy temple is very famous temple..

Shivaratri & Karthika Maasam, devotees visit largely to this temple..

During Shivaratri Abhishekam puja will,
well go in lord gutumallana temple..

Karthika Massam overall one month pujas will well go on, devotees will visit through out the month with devotion & faith..

Every Monday devotees will visit mostly..
