Its really nice gym i was visit here just 1 days with my cousin to see how this gym really is, after that then i decided to join here and it has been 10 days that i joined this gym and im enjoying every excercise of here, they really well show us what and how to do. The Trainer helped me a alot in gaining my confidence back.
She motivated me at each step to never give up
The best place for ladies that’s gonna help reach their dream body, with pro trainers who understand each clients requirement am very thankful to her. I would recommend others to join this gym.

and to keep myself motivated.
This trainer further motivated me
to make fitness the top most
priority in my life is ladies fitness gym in khammam when I was join that time my weight is 69kgs.with in 2 month I loss my weight 9 kgs now I'm 59.6 kgs trainer is so motivated person it's so good fitness gym isn't .
Fitness is good for health. This is specially for ladies it's very piece full place for ladies nd its so good ❤️????♥️

I have found the lady's gym incredibly in khammam very professional &efficient ...I have found many changes in my body weight...She has a great trainer ..she moves very friendly manner and feels us make confident to loose our weight and to make us fit!! Tq F45 gym❤️????️????
