Very much unprofessional & unethical staff. Stayed in standard room, paid 1800 while check-in. While Check-out, staff mentioned i need to pay 25 rupees for water bottle. When I told firmly haven't ordered anything, then he asked to pay 13 more rupees stating per day charge is 1813. Very much unprofessional staff.
Not sure how it got 4 star. Not worth enough for price paid. No soaps, no towel and haven't felt comfortable with the rug provided. Unworthy for what we pay. A cheap hotel with no amenities, but costly. Very much disappointed

What was really going on guys. Lot of disturbance at that night till .1:30 night. Were you people banging doors, and walls at this night for what good!! Literally you ruined our stay first day itself. Very bad unsecure place. Regretting.
Please behave yourself and learn how to treat the residents. Such a torturous sounds at night !! What are you people upto?
