Admitted here due to my daughter health issue and chose Deluxe room and stayed for 4 days.
For Deluxe room, they charged Rs.6500/day but maintenance is average. Bed pillows are super dirty and looks like as if they were brought from dumping yard. These dirty pillows are covered by cloth as to make them appear as clean.

Drinking water facility is available at ground floor only. Assume if you are in 3rd floor, you have to come to ground floor every time for drinking water.

OP fee is different based on time. It's Rs.250 during day time and Rs.500 during mid-night.
They say OP fee is valid for 10 days but within OP fee validity time, if you visit during mid night, again they will charge Rs.500.
Looks like, irrespective of OP fee validity, we have to pay Rs.500 for each and every visit during mid-night.

Toilet facilities for OP visitors are worst. They are worst than toilets in trains.

Also observed that, they refuse to admit children with serious cases. They refused to admit by Brother son, saying that condition is serious. Then we went to another hospital and got admitted and recovered and doing well now.
People come to hospital if it a serious health condition. If you can't admit serious cases, then why are you running hospital? better run general clinic.

Avoid coming by Car, otherwise you will be having difficulty to find parking place. Sometimes it's difficult to park bike also. (Of course, Parking is the problem at almost every hospital and shopping mall in Khammam)

It's really, a worst experience....
As we had entered hospital during 09.00 pm and was asked to admit in the hospital, as I can see there are no patients in the hospital, but they had given my admit card at 10.30 pm, finally we where in the single room paying an amount of Rs.4000 daily and the treatment began at 12.00. I have found no doctors supervision in the hospital. Comparing to the rest of hospitals this hospital is very expensive in every charges.they make.
