It is a very good gym !
I personally got very good assistance and help building my myself.
The trainer as well as the staff are very professional.
They guid you to build yourself and give you personal attention
The gym has good hygiene.
It is at a prime location easily accessible
I personally recommend everyone to jion this GYM!.

Please don't go to this gym ever the owner pallavi itself doesn't have any knowledge about workout and both husband and wife fights in the gym.
In front of the their clients, she has a daughter who
Does the marketing thing to attract customers
And once you join the gym they all will behave rude and very cheap
No value for money please don't waste your time and money
If you walk a little bit there is another gym within ramkote #john's gym please join that gym

My experience is of one month but the coach is very experienced n well trained which help me to reduce my weight as well as my inches r also coming in shape.....so do join ????
