AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE A PLAGUE !!!! I’ve taken my 3 yr old for her first hair cut here. The only reason I went there was because it’s close to my place and I was in a hurry. I’ve told the staff a Dozen times that it’s my girls first haircut and she’s excited. Take good care of her. She has a long beautiful hair so all I asked them to do is just a feather cut and make outward styling. They took almost two hours and struggled up and down to make the cutting and trying to style her hair. My girl was so patient all this time, she hasn’t moved cried or made a fuss. But those two useless staff working there burned her hair so badly on the name of light styling and using the blower in the lowest speed. I told them you have tried enough leave it I’ll take her home, but the girl said ‘ no madam just give me 5 mins’ I will do it. At the end of the 5 mins, I refused to let her ruin my girls hair and asked her to stop and tried to comb her hair out and to my shock I found a huge chunk of hair on the comb. Yes, they’ve BURNT her hair. And they have charged me 750 rupees for that disastrous hair cut. I then took my child to habibs and they’ve charged her 500 rupees for a hair wash , cut and styling.

I’m going to report this parlour to the consumer forum. They don’t deserve to be called hair stylists. They should stop experimenting with others hairs and their license to operate should be suspended. A bunch of useless under qualified morons. I advise people not to go there for any service at all.
