I just want to say thanks for finally delivering my Valentine’s Day flowers today- a whole day late. I realise you updated us with a sweet email after 9pm saying it was going to be late but I’m not sure anyone would want flowers to be delivered that late in the say.
Also thank you for the complimentary chocolates you said would be with the flowers as an apology (they didn’t arrive so maybe will arrive a day late too?).
As a helpful suggestion, maybe let your delivery guys know it’s not in their best interest (or yours as a company) to ask for a tip on a late delivery.

Cake did not reach, had to purchase cake from other shop. No refund no cancellation no delivery.
