I stay in a single room with an attached bathroom. Considering that, the facility is just fine.to begin with the problems, the rooms don't have proper plug points. But the low rating is mainly because of the staff and the owner. The owner is rude to say the least. He doesn't help or even care if you have any issue with the food, cleanliness or any other matter that might be pertaining to the hostel. Upon complaining, his simple reply is, "if you have any issue then leave the hostel".
I can go on with the problems. The only plus point is that you can get a room for yourself, and for that, one star

Edit:
When you come to see the rooms, the owner will say that they give the rooms only to students, but every year in December and January they give it to a group of workers. They cook their own food near the rooms itself, creating a lot of noise. Upon questioning the owner, his reply is that he cares about his business more than anything else.

Room's are good 24 hours water supply free wiFi but there is no one for cleaning very dirty.. And you will get lots of rats????..

First of all, The owner is a greedy guy. I've paid way more than what I have to before leaving the hostel. On the first day of my arrival the owner's son promised me so many things but later I came to know that what ever he said was completely mis leading.

Demerits:

1. If you take room at top floor, The might appear to have a ceiling but it is actually not, It is made of Plaster of Paris and the kept in order to fool you, actually there is a metal asbestos layer above it. If you stay here during summer I can guarantee you that your health will be definitely spoiled.

2. If take rooms in first or second floor, your room will be enclosed like a box you won't even have a window to have some air.

3. The rooms don't have proper plug points, only a two point plug is available.

4. The hostel workers don't even change the electric fuse, once it gets damaged they directly connect the wires to the main supply.

5. The food is below average, if you don't care about your health you can eat in the mess daily.

6. They don't even wash the utensils properly.

7. Electric cuts are not common though, but once the current is gone it won't come for hours.

8. It takes exactly 20 - 30 minutes by walk from this hostel to suryalok complex (ACE academy)

9. Since it is located in the electrical market it will be noisy all time.

10. This area is a heavily crowded area so don't think about having a cycle or bike because, even to walk it is too difficult. The chance of you being struck in the traffic daily is really high.

11. To reach the nearest hotel you have walk at least 700 meters.

12. Since it is located inside a electrical market ordering food online or getting any courier is a big head ache.

13. They charge you for wifi but you don't get it in the third floor.

Merits:

1. They provide you breakfast and lunch in suryalok complex. And Though they provide dinner, hostel mates can't eat there.

2. For a single room with food Rs. 6000 is actually cheap.
