Difficult to reach cash or billing counter as barriers are kept. It's like someone is buying from prison.
Customer has to give items to the billing staff and they take it back and walk around to exit.
Think about customers and understand the meaning of customer service.

U can get clothes especially kids clothes in a very cheap rate , everything is good but there are only clothes n footwear are available, no grocery items no home essentials items like pillow covers, curtains etc, and no any attendent or crew members. But over all is good

I recently visited the podium mall with my 1yr old and my husband and we got stuck in the lift which is not maintained it jerked us down and up with metal scratching sound....i thought we are gonna die...
I tried to complain but nobody seems to bother n it's a disaster waiting to happen..... management please go through
