Located in prime area. But road is very narrow in front of the building. Difficult for visitors to park 4 wheeler. Even for residents, inside parking is not that easy. One should be very careful while parking and taking four wheeler out of the building.

Amenities wise, construction quality wise its of a mediocre project. No parking for guests. Lift gives trouble often. But location wise its excellent!
