I took some snacks from here and the snacks are not fresh and crunchy. Went for replacement and they are not happy with the feedback. Ultimately replaced with some sweets that are also out of date and broken. Very poor quality of service. Concentrate on customer satisfaction also along with sales otherwise within no time it will be shut down.

*** BEWARE *** CHEATING *** They don't neutralize the sweet box weight before adding sweets. The box will be of 40 to 45 gms and they are earning the additional profit from that. I already warned them earlier but still I faced the same issue again. Just imagine how much they are earning like this from every customer every day. The reason for 1 ???? is because of this or else I would have given 4 ????. I would suggest everyone to ask for this and get it neutralized or else they won't do that.

But coming to the sweets they are good and tasty.

Worst experience recently I visited the store and bought some sweets such kaaju barfi and motichur laddu actually I was going to my home town and I bought it for my family with lots of trust but it failed to meet the standards.. I felt my hometown sweets are far better sometimes..
