Being a fan of Van Hausen for its perfect fitting and service, bought a shirt and trouser to match my Van Hausen Blazer on 19 JAN 2020. When I tried the altered shirt which was full of wrinkles found that alteration was half done for shirt, and the finishing for trouser was way bad. Requested to take their time to do good job and call me once done. There is no call from them. When I finally called them on 30 JAN 2020, they claimed that shirt is ready and it was ironed. Picked the shirt on 31 JAN 2020(today). They neatly cheated me with the folding as if it looks ironed. My bad, I haven't unfolded it then and there. The pic shows how it looks when unfolded it at home. I called to check with them and they still claim that they have steam ironed it. Does the shirt looks like a steam ironed one?? Be careful while shopping. Quiet incompetent staff at Van Hausen (Forum mall,Hyderabad). My previous shopping went well in Noida outlets.
