I must establish I am an online customer. Initially I bought a sari and the colour was impeccably the same as in picture and quality was excellent but a tiny damage which I considered negligible. I ordered the second time and the quality remains the same. Material is pure cotton but the colour looks faded and old, unlike the vibrant dark brown as shown in the website. I requested not for a refund but only for an exchange yet they have turned hostile. Badly disappointed. Good lesson learnt.

Extreme bad service on my very first purchase. I ordered a product online and the product that I received was in a totally different colour. When I requested for a return and refund the staff kept arguing instead of providing a solution. STRICTLY A "NO RESPONSE" BRAND AND ATTITUDE.

The collection of handlooms is extremely good. You have variety, you have depth, in colors and prints. There is a wonderful collection of prints, hand painted and process sarees in silk & cotton that are bewitching. And the prices? wow, simply unbelievable for such good stuff.
